Celebration!

This past weekend we celebrated our babies turning 1!  I know that it's a big deal for the girls but I'm giving Owen and myself a majority of the credit.  We made it a whole year with no major injuries to any of the girls.  I figured since we are out numbered that it was inevitable that someone was going to have an injury that required an emergency room visit.  I guess we get to look forward to that in year two!

Gwyneth is now 30.5" and 23lbs 9oz.  Lillian is 29" and 21lbs and 4.5oz.  They're developing normally so nothing to report there.  I'm working on getting the girls to use sippy cups all the time so we can stop washing bottles.  We're also working on getting them to walk.  I know that will create new challenges but it'll be nice not to have to carry them everywhere!

 Gwyneth & Lillian hadn't really had sweets before their cupcakes.  Both seemed to really enjoy them!

We had a great time celebrating the first year of Gwyneth and Lillian's lives.  We could not have done it without the love and support from our family and friends. Thank you for cooking us meals, babysitting, the words of encouragement, the shoulders to cry on and the numerous beers that kept us going.  We appreciate everything that you have done.
